Action Learning

C-Tech3 Inc. action research consultants work with customers to generate knowledge and solve business problems through a collaborative interactive process. The action learning steps include;(a) the diagnosing step where the consultant and participants define a problem that impacts their work lives; (b) the planning action step, involves the consultant and participants determining some action or actions to resolve the problem; (c) the take action step, sometimes referred to as an intervention, the participants implement the defined actions in the workplace environment; and (d) the evaluating action step, involves consultant and participants evaluating the affect of the actions / interventions toward solving the defined problem. The process is cyclical because it often takes a number of iterations to solve a problem.
